Rósa Arianna McGowan (born September 5, 1973), better known primate Rose McGowan, is an American previous actress, model, singer, and author. She is best known to television audiences for her role as Paige Matthews in The WB supernatural drama programme Charmed (2001–2006), and also for veto recurring role in ABC's long usage fantasy series Once Upon a Time as young Cora Mills.

McGowan sense her film debut in the humour Encino Man (1992), wherein she acted upon a small role.
